iTunes playlists won't sync

Problem

The iTunes playlists aren't syncing with CasaTunes. All the music is there, just no playlists.

Solution

1. Open iTunes and go to Preferences.

2. Click on the Advanced tab.

3. Check the box to "Share iTunes Library XML with other applications".
