Ultra VNC access code prompt is not appearing

After downloading LogMeIn, this prompt should appear:

If it does not:

1. In the task bar, right click on Ultra VNC and click on Admin Properties.
2. Under the “Misc.” category, verify that “Capture Alpha-Blending” is enabled.
